update

Well I have been told that some of you would like me to put an update up since its been awhile...  So here it is...  I saw my G.I. doctor last Thursday, and at the appointment she referred me to a surgeon to talk about what surgery would entail if that is what the pill capsule shows needs to be done, and we scheduled my P.E.G. tube to be changed into a "Button" (so its flat against my stomach) on December 4th because that's the soonest they can get me in.  So overall it was pretty productive but I still left feeling like nothing was accomplished because I don't feel any better.  If that makes any sense. ? I am ready for the tube to be changed to a "Button" though... it will make it so that its not obvious that I have it (which isn't a huge deal but I have to be honest will be nice), and it will also be nicer because my clothes wont pull on it or move it around.  A positive is that I have slowly been trying to ween myself down on my pain killers, and I have gone from taking it every 4 hours (so 3-4 times a day) to taking it 2-3 times a day. so that is encouraging. This Friday I see an Infecious Disease doctor because I was having those fevers, the interesting thing is that ever since I scheduled the appointment I haven't had a single fever, and I know because they are having me take my temp. 3 times a day to take to them.  So I don't know if that appointment will accomplish anything or not. ?

    I started my PSYCH 110 class on line a couple days ago.  Its going fine, although its kind of boring just reading out of the book.  I like the videos I watch though.  Anyways I have just rambled on and on so I'll write more later!
