PO day #3

Today they discontinued Kylee's PCA (patient controlled anesthesia) pump and started her on oral medication.  They have to make sure she can tolerate the pain with oral pills before she can come home.  She walked in the halls about 3-4 times today and is slowing coming out of the groggy state she has been in.  For those of you not in the greater Portland area we are having an ice - snow storm.  Schools were cancelled for tomorrow by early afternoon today.  We are now even more anxious to get Kylee home.  The temperature right now is 13 degrees and we have 3 inches of snow at our house. It is not suppose to warm up above 25 degrees for the next 6 days. Sorry I'm rambling I am exhausted.
