Update

   I have been on the new drug Budesinide for a week now and have not noticed any improvement. I emailed my GI doctor yesterday to let her know this so that we can start me on the next new drug, and I also told her personally I'd rather skip this next drug and just go straight to surgery. I would prefer surgery because it just takes the problem and removes it, with the meds they might make the symptoms decrease but how long are they going to hold off another flare and if we stop them does the flare immediately come back? I'd rather just remove the one section that is inflamed and have me start recovering so I can get back to normal life. So I am just waiting to hear back from my doctor, I have a feeling she will atleast want me to give the next medication a try. Luckily I do already have an appt set up with the surgeon for the 27th to at least get the talk started for if it ends up being surgery, so that is good. Once I hear from my doctor I will post another update. Thank you againg everyone for the prayers!!!
